*ONE TOUGH LITTLE CLOUD WITH A HEART FULL OF SUNSHINE*

Hi, I’m Cloud McFluffy!

I may have a soft and fluffy name, but I’m one tough little guy with a pretty amazing story!

When I was only about four months old, I was found wandering along a road. Everyone was worried I had been hit by a car because I couldn't use my left hindleg at all. X-rays showed that my injury was actually an older one that had never been treated.

The good news? A wonderful surgeon was able to save my leg! I had a complicated repair, and just five days after surgery, I surprised everyone by slowly starting to use it again.

I'm in a loving foster home and doing fantastic! I'm using my leg just like I'm supposed to, and I've been cleared for short, leashed walks while I gradually build up my strength. I should receive my official clearance from the orthopedist around October 15.

But enough about my leg—let me tell you about ME!

My foster mom says I'm super sweet, smart, cuddly, and very trainable. I come when I'm called, love attention, and get along wonderfully with the whole pack of dogs in my foster home—inside and outside. I'm even great with cats!

And TOYS! Did someone say toys?! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. I especially enjoy carrying my favorites around with me. You never know when you might need a toy, right?

My foster mom thinks I'm so smart and eager to learn that I might even have the potential to make a wonderful service dog someday. For now, though, I'm concentrating on getting stronger, learning new things, cuddling with my people, and finding the family who will love me forever.

I've already overcome a pretty big obstacle for such a young pup, but I haven't let it dampen my spirit one bit.
