Georgia Mae - Great Pyrenees Dog for Adoption in Princeton, Massachusetts

GEORGIA MAE

Great Pyrenees
🇺🇸
Princeton, Massachusetts
June 7th
female, large, young

DESCRIPTION

If you're looking for a stunning dog, Georgia Mae may just stop you in your tracks. With her gorgeous coat, unique coloring, and sweet personality, she's the kind of dog people notice immediately.

Georgia Mae came to us from Memphis Animal Services, where shelter life was a little overwhelming for her. In fact, she spent much of her time there refusing to walk, choosing instead to pancake on the ground and stay put. After staff and volunteers ruled out any medical issues, they realized Georgia Mae simply needed some patience, encouragement, and confidence-building.

Since joining our rescue, she has been making wonderful progress. She's learning that the world isn't such a scary place and is becoming more comfortable with leash walking and meeting new people. Every day brings a little more confidence and a little more of her personality shining through.

What we know for sure is that Georgia Mae is an incredibly sweet girl who enjoys gentle attention and is eager to continue learning. As she settles into foster care, we'll continue to update her profile with more information about her personality, training, and preferences.

For now, if you've fallen in love with those beautiful looks, don't wait too long. We have a feeling Georgia Mae is going to attract plenty of attention, and once people meet her, they'll discover she's every bit as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside.

If you're looking for a sweet companion and are willing to give a deserving dog the time she needs to blossom, Georgia Mae may be the perfect addition to your family.
