DESCRIPTION
Meet Bear!
Bear is a 5-year-old Great Pyrenees weighing in at 111 pounds, and he's every bit the gentle giant his breed is known to be.
After the heartbreaking loss of his owner, Bear found himself at a local animal control through no fault of his own. Thankfully, Wags was able to give him a second chance, and now he's looking for a loving family to call his own.
Bear has a calm, kind nature and enjoys the company of both people and other animals. He has done well with dogs, cats, and children, making him a wonderful candidate for many different types of homes. His patient, gentle personality has already made him a favorite with our youngest volunteer.
As a Great Pyrenees, Bear will thrive with a family that understands the breed's independent yet devoted nature. He'll appreciate room to stretch his legs, daily companionship, and a family committed to providing the love and care he deserves.
