Meet Shia!

Shia is a beautiful 6 month old Standard Poodle/Labrador Retriever mix weighing 33 pounds who is just beginning her journey at Wags 2 Wishes. Having only recently arrived, she's still a little unsure of her new surroundings, but one thing is already clearshe loves being close to people and enjoys the company of other dogs.

This sweet girl finds comfort in staying near her humans and is slowly learning that she's safe. With a little patience and kindness, her confidence is sure to blossom.

One of Shia's favorite discoveries so far? Our kiddie pool! She happily splashed around and showed us that beneath her timid exterior is a playful pup just waiting to shine.

As Shia continues to settle in, we're learning more about her personality every day. She'll do best with a family that understands she'll need time to adjust and is willing to let her build trust at her own pace.
