Meet Locky!

Locky is a 3-year-old/ 90lb Rottweiler with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. After spending six long weeks waiting at animal control with no one coming to claim him, he's finally getting the second chance he deserves.

When Locky arrived, he was underweight, scared, and unsure of the world around him. Since then, he's been gaining weight, building confidence, and showing everyone just how sweet he truly is. Even our veterinary team commented on his calm, gentle disposition.

With his handsome blocky head, big paws, and affectionate personality, Locky is the definition of a gentle giant. He enjoys being around people and has done well meeting other dogs. He's also done well with children, making him a wonderful candidate for a family home. (Cats are unknown.)

Locky is looking for a family that will continue to help him blossom with love, patience, and positive experiences. In return, you'll gain a loyal companion who is ready to leave his difficult past behind and start the life he's always deserved.
