DESCRIPTION
Ted is a 3-month-old Great Pyrenees puppy weighing 29 pounds. This playful and sweet boy enjoys attention from people and loves spending time with his human friends. With his puppy charm and happy personality, Ted is ready to find a family to grow up with.
As a young puppy, Ted is still learning all about the world around him and will need a family committed to helping him continue learning and building confidence. Puppies require time, patience, consistency, and training, and Ted is looking for adopters who are excited and willing to invest in helping him develop into a wonderful dog.
Because Ted is still young, he will also benefit from proper socialization and continued exposure to new people, environments, and experiences to help him grow into a confident and well-rounded companion.
Ted also requires a securely fenced yard where he can safely run, play, and enjoy all the fun that comes with being a puppy.
A required in-person meet and greet at our shelter is part of the adoption process to help ensure a good fit for both Ted and his potential adopters.
Ted is ready to find a family who will help him learn, grow, and enjoy all the adventures that come with puppyhood.

Many NMDR dogs have had limited prior socialization and may need time, patience, and support as they adjust to home life. Skills such as house training, leash walking, and handling may require continued practice. Progress will vary by individual dog. Homes with older children are often a good fit, depending on temperament. To learn more about NMDR and our adoption process, please visit our website.
ABOUT: GREAT PYRENEES DOG BREED
The Great Pyrenees is a majestic and noble breed known for its gentle demeanor and steadfast loyalty. Originating from the Pyrenees Mountains, these large and dignified dogs are renowned for their protective instincts and ability to work as livestock guardians. With their stunning white coats and imposing stature, Great Pyrenees exude an air of regal confidence while also possessing a gentle and affectionate nature towards their families. Their calm and composed demeanor coupled with their innate guardian instincts make them excellent companions for those seeking a devoted and majestic canine friend.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
