DESCRIPTION
Meet Lil!
Lil is an 8-year-old West Highland White Terrier (Westie) weighing 15 pounds. This sweet girl has a loving personality and enjoys spending time with her people. She thrives on attention and would be happiest in a home where she can soak up plenty of affection from her family.
Lil enjoys spending time outdoors and likes to explore and play outside. She walks nicely on leash and enjoys getting out for strolls with her favorite people. She also gets along well with other dogs, though she would much prefer to be the center of attention whenever possible. Her charming personality and affectionate nature make her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal and loving friend.
If you're searching for a sweet, people-oriented dog who is ready to be your devoted companion, Lil may be the perfect match.
We require an in-person meet and greet at our shelter location to help ensure that Lil is a great fit for her future family and that her future family is a great fit for her.
------
Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
