Meet Cragheart!
Say hello to Cragheart, an 8-month-old, neutered male who is looking for a loving home to help him find his courage! Weighing in at around 30 lbs and not expected to get much bigger than ~40 lbs, this handsome "golden mix" guy is a total lovebug who adores being near his humans. While he's currently feeling a little scared and unsure of the world, his affectionate nature makes him a perfect cuddle bestie. With an adopter who will invest time into training and helping him feel safe, Cragheart is ready to transform into a confident, loyal, and shining diamond in the rough!
Due to MA Dept of Agriculture restrictions, we can not adopt to MA residents.
ABOUT: GOLDEN RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The Golden Retriever is a friendly, intelligent, and gentle dog breed known for its golden colored, water repellent coat. They are highly sociable and great with families, children, and other pets, making them popular as therapy and service dogs. With a love for outdoor activities and water, Golden Retrievers excel in various dog sports like agility and obedience. They require regular exercise, mental stimulation, and grooming to maintain their health and happiness. Overall, the Golden Retriever is a versatile and beloved companion dog breed.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
