Pluto #7040 - Golden Retriever Dog for Adoption in Louisville, Kentucky

Pluto is a handsome 5 year old, male Golden Retriever weighing about 100 lbs. Pluto is new to GRRAND at no fault of his own, has been in a foster home and they tell us:

"Pluto is doing amazingly well and has settled in smoothly. Overall, he is extremely calm, easygoing, and affectionate, often acting like a big lap dog who loves staying close to his people. He handled a bath and a big thunderstorm with complete calm, shows no signs of marking his territory, and has done great having full run of the house and sleeping peacefully on a dog bed in the main bedroom. He goes into his kennel without prompting and stays quiet throughout the night.

He is wonderful with our older children (ages 10 and 12), allowing them to pet, play with, and walk him. He is gentle and curious around other dogs, handles car rides with ease, and is generally well-behaved on a leash, though he can pull slightly when eager to explore. Pluto also LOVES his toys. Stuffies, bones, tugs, tennis ball, he does not discriminate!"
