Meet Paisley and Apollo, a beautiful bonded pair of six-year-old Golden Retrievers beginning their next chapter together with GRRAND. Paisley is a lovely 75-pound girl, and Apollo is her handsome 85-pound companion. These two have built their lives around one another and must remain together as the devoted pair they are.
Paisley and Apollo are described as low- to moderately energetic, well-mannered indoor dogs. They are house-trained, leash-trained, familiar with basic commands and trusted to roam freely in the home. Although they were crate-trained as puppies, they have not needed crates in recent years. They are accustomed to sleeping together in their own bed and eating twice daily—and they are not picky about their food.
This sweet pair has lived with older children and reportedly gets along well with other dogs in public. Neither has shown food or toy aggression, fear or aggression toward strangers or other animals, destructive chewing, excessive barking or storm anxiety.
Through no fault of their own, Paisley and Apollo needed a new home after their owner discovered that she is allergic to them. Now safe with GRRAND, these gentle Golden companions will have the opportunity to find a loving forever home where they can remain side by side. Paisley and Apollo already have everything that matters most—the comfort, loyalty and love they share with one another. Now they simply need a family with enough room in their home and heart for two very special Goldens.
