Pepe & Fifi - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Weaverville, California

Meet Pepe and Fifi! Named after the characters Pepe Le Pew and Fifi La Fume because of their distinct odor upon arrival at the shelter (which we are working on ). Fifi came in with an injury to her face and has a broken cheekbone and deflated eye. She doesn't let it impact her much though. These two gorgeous German shepherd types are both heartworm positive and need help to get treatment. Both are very friendly to humans, appropriately cautious of felines, and didn't pay much attention to the rooster in his coop. They are living together in our outdoor yard and have been fantastic fence to fence with the other dogs. If you are interested in providing the safe place they need for treatment come down and speak with staff about what is involved. And meet them while you are there...they are so sweet that they will probably talk you in to it!
