Timber came to us as a tiny, sick, wormy puppy found wandering alone in Broken Arrow. He was 11 pounds, heavily infested with worms including ringworm, and had a long road of recovery ahead of him.
That was five weeks ago. As of today - he is vet cleared and ready to find his family.
He is shy when he first meets you. But give him a minute and he'll start talking. Literally - he vocalizes while he's mouthing your fingers, like he's introducing himself and just hasn't figured out words yet. He's talkative, sweet, and full of puppy energy that he channels into balls, tug of war, and charming absolutely everyone in his foster home.
He gets along great with all the dogs in his foster family - male and female adults alike. He's potty trained, crate trained, and working on those classic puppy manners with a foster who has been patient and gentle with him every step of the way.
Timber needs a patient home that will continue what his foster started - someone who will work through his puppy bitiness with kindness and consistency, and give him the love and stability he deserves.
He came in with nothing. He leaves with everything ahead of him.
