Meet Enzo!
Enzo is a handsome German Shepherd with all the wonderful qualities that make the breed so special. He is loyal, intelligent, devoted, and deeply bonded to his people. Enzo loves spending time with his humans and is happiest when he has a job to do, something to learn, or an adventure to enjoy.
Like many German Shepherds, Enzo is smart, attentive, energetic, and eager to engage with his person. He enjoys structure and thrives when he gets plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation. He especially loves long walks multiple times a day, playing fetch, and swimming so an active home that enjoys getting outside with their dog would be a great match for him.
Enzo has had obedience training and knows sit, stay, come, lie down, and heel. He is also house trained and crate trained, although he isn't exactly a fan of spending time in his crate. He'd much rather be out enjoying life with his people!
When it comes to other dogs, Enzo is dog selective. He has shown that he does well with female dogs, but he does not do well with male dogs. His history with cats and small animals is unknown, so introductions and management around them would be important.
Enzo is looking for a family who understands the German Shepherd breed and will appreciate his intelligence, loyalty, energy, and big personality.
