Clifford (approximately 78 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. This dude is an absolute rock star!! He is gentle despite his size and he loves all people and all other dogs. Even if he wasn't named Clifford, people would still call him by that name as he is very clearly a Big Red Dog. He is also ridiculously handsome which is difficult to capture in photos because Clifford has no interest in being a supermodel - all he wants to do is lean on your legs and get petting. Bonus points if he can slide down to the ground and roll over for belly petting! And while he is 78 pounds of total beefcake, he is actually underweight so his adopters will have a larger dog once he's being properly fed in a loving home. We have yet to find a person who doesn't fall in love with Clifford - come meet him today & see for yourself!
