Salsa - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption

Hi, I’m Salsa! I’m a 5-year-old German Shepherd girl with a sweet personality and a calm, easygoing presence in the house.

I’m crate trained, housebroken, and settle nicely indoors. I’m good at meeting new people and love getting out for adventures—especially car rides! I have basic on-leash obedience and can walk nicely around low- to moderate-level distractions.

I currently get along well with my foster brother, but I can be selective with other dogs, so any potential canine siblings will need careful introductions and proper management. Cats are a definite no for me, and my experience with children is currently unknown.

One important thing about me: I’m an escape artist! Secure fencing, careful door and gate management, and supervision outside will be important to keep me safe.

If you’re looking for a sweet German Shepherd who is calm in the house, enjoys people and adventures, and already has some nice manners, I might be your girl. Give me structure, secure boundaries, continued training, and lots of love, and I’ll be ready for my next chapter!
