Rosie is a 4-month-old, female, shepherd mix, looking for her perfect match!

She is full of spunky energy, and once she knows she can trust you (treats are the way to her giant heart), she is overflowing with snuggly sweetness. Once her energy needs (mental and physical) are met for the day, her favorite place to be is snuggled up on the couch with her people.

In her short time in foster care, Rosie has been practicing basic manners in the home, potty training, and learning that humans are not all that bad (they usually come with snacks, which are her favorite thing!). Rosie will thrive in a home that continues her training and takes her on fun adventures.

Rosie’s perfect person will be understanding, patient, and motivated to have fun bonding with her through continuing her training and giving her mental stimulation and energy outlets as part of her daily routine. She loves sniffing on walks in the woods, playing with her doggy friends, fetching, and playing in the water (she will likely be a strong swimmer!).

Rosie gets along great with other dogs, is curious but respectful of cats, rides wonderfully in the car, and is a very smart and fun girl to be around.
