Hi, my name is Leona which is akin to lioness. It means strength, courage and bravery.

I am approximately seven years old, weigh 41 pounds, and my people think I am a shepherd mix. Im the perfect mix of adventure buddy and cuddle companion.

I am a confident dog and absolutely love being out and aboutwalks, hikes, beach days, camping... you name it, Im in! Im a curious girl who loves to explore the world (especially all those amazing smells), but Im just as happy relaxing right by your side when the day winds down.

I am a super sweet, happy girl who has never met a stranger. No warm-up period neededIm ready to love you from the very first hello! I get along well with other dogs and would enjoy a furry friend, but Im also perfectly content being your one and only.

I am house trained, crate trained, and not much of a barkerjust an easygoing, well-mannered girl looking for her forever home.

My story started a little uncertainI was found running loose in a neighborhood with no microchip or ID. Sadly, no one came looking for me... but that just means my real family is still out there waiting to find me.

I am not a big fan of cats so my people are going to say no homes with furry felines.

I am spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinesready to pack my bags and head home with you!
