At just 8 months old, Sardine has already overcome more than most kittens ever should.

Sardine, along with his siblings Squid and Shrimp, was found as a tiny kitten living alongside a road in the Houston, Texas area. With no mom in sight, the kittens had taken shelter inside a storm drain to survive. Their rescuer returned day after day, determined not to leave them behind, and ultimately crawled into the storm drain to bring these little ones to safety.

Today, Sardine is thriving and has recently made the journey to Seattle, where hes settling into his foster home in West Seattle and searching for the family hes been waiting for.

Sardine is a sweet, outgoing boy who loves people and enjoys being part of the action. He has a friendly, affectionate personality and isnt shy about making new friends. Despite his rough start, he has embraced indoor life and all the comforts that come with it.

Now all he needs is a forever family to call his own.

Sardine is currently fostered in West Seattle and is available for meet-and-greets with approved adopters.

The adoption fee includes FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
