Biscuit is a 3-year-old Shepherd mix with a calm, well-mannered personality who's just waiting for someone to believe in him. Through no fault of his own, Biscuit has found himself back at the shelter, and we're hoping his next family will be his forever family.
Biscuit is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and has the sweetest, most soulful eyes you'll ever see. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he trusts you, you'll discover an incredibly loyal and loving best friend.
One thing to know about Biscuit is that he's never truly lived as an indoor family dog before. He's learning what life inside a home is all about, so he'll need a patient family willing to help teach him the ropes. Like any dog learning something new, he'll benefit from a safe plan for when he's home alone—whether that's a kennel or another secure space where he can relax. Right now, he doesn't always know the difference between dog toys and household items, but with consistency, guidance, and lots of love, he'll continue to learn.
Gets along with some other dogs, though he tends to be a bit dominant.
