Hiya Friends! My name is Ruby and I'm a beautiful 6-7yr old female German Shepherd. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport.

Age: 6-7yrs old
Kids: would do fine with kids (7+)
Dogs: good with large dogs
Cats: CAT FRIENDLY!
Training: obedience refresher

1. I wandered up to a lady's house hoping she's feed and help me but she didn't want me to hang around so she called animal control. Thankfully a nice officer helped me & brought me to the best rescue!!

2. For an older gal, I'm pretty mild mannered. I have a lot of love to give even tho people haven't been very kind to me in my past.

3. I am CAT FRIENDLY! Check out my video. If you've been wanting to adopt a German Shepherd and have kitties at home, we should get along just fine.

4. I would love to have a real family who will love me and give me the best life I can have. I'd love a comfy bed of my own, lots of treats, tummy rubs, and endless love and attention.

5. The saying old dogs can't learn new tricks - thats not true! If you have tasty treats and some patience, I'll learn whatever you'll teach me.

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
