Howdy! My name is Lucas and I'm a handsome black 6-month old male German Shepherd. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport.

Training: needs full obedience training

1. I found myself in a scary shelter where I was beginning to shut down. A concrete box is no place for a puppy to thrive. Thanks to IDGSR, they busted me outta that place & now I'm in a great foster home!

2. I'm an energetic and playful puppy. I don't know much of anything YET. I am super food motivated so I'll learn anything you can teach me! Will you paw-promise to train me?

3. I love to romp around in the yard with the other rescue doggos, I hope you have a nice friendly pup for me to play with!

4. I'm working on house & crate training, it's going well. Please be patient with me since I'm still a puppy.

5. I would love to go on walks, hikes, adventures, swimming, rides to get pup-cups, and follow you everywhere, including the bathroom!

6. If you are looking for a handsome, friendly, resilient, playful, curious, energetic, and fun loving new companion - I'm your guy!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
