Jazz is somewhat shy but very sweet! She needs a calm and patient home willing to give her time to realize she is safe and loved to blossom into her full potential.

She is heartworm positive but has already been started on slow kill treatment. The rescue will continue to provide her treatment at no cost to her adopter until she tests negative. Her adoption fees are also waived to help her find a loving home.
