Scrappy *Arriving 7/25* D11815 - French Bulldog and Chihuahua Dog for Adoption

Scrappy is the perfect mix of everything you could want with a rescue dog! This affectionate guy is happiest spending time with his people, especially kids!
Scrappy is wonderful with other dogs and absolutely ADORES kids, making him a great candidate for a family companion. He hasn't been exposed to cats yet, but his foster believes that with proper introductions and a thoughtful approach, he could do well with feline friends too.
Most of the time, Scrappy is a low-energy, chill dog who is content to lounge and enjoy the good life. But don't let his relaxed personality fool you! Every now and then, he gets a burst of energy and is ready to play! He enjoys toys, having fun, and showing off his playful side before settling back down for some quality cuddle time.
Scrappy has so many wonderful qualities already: he's crate trained, house trained, comfortable in the car; he's also a certified lap dog who believes that being close to his people is his defining purpose.
If you're looking for a loving companion who can enjoy a quiet evening at home but is always ready for a little fun, Scrappy might be the perfect fit. He's a goofy, well-rounded dog who's ready to bring laughter, loyalty, and lots of love to his next family.

Scrappy is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 7/25/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
