Meet Harper, a beautiful 1 1/2-year-old Frenchie girl who is discovering just how wonderful life can be! Rescued from puppy mill, Harper spent much of her young life knowing only the confines of a barn, but every day she grows more confident and excited about the world around her. She is learning that human affection si something to be cherished, and while she's still figuring out all the comforts of home life, her sweet personality shines brighter with each passing day.

Harper absolutely adores her canine friends and would thrive in a home with a playful dog companion to help show her the ropes, teach her about toys, and continue building her confidence. In her foster home, she has access to lots of dog friends and loves every one of them. She's also curious about cats and enjoys watching them-and even playing with them when they'll allow it- while always being gentle and respectful.

***Adoption Process***
-All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention.
-Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area.
-We DO NOT ship dogs!!!
