Meet Josee

Don't let her pint-sized frame fool you... this little bully girl has one of the biggest hearts we've ever met.

Josee is the kind of dog who doesn't just want to be near her people-she wants to belong to them. She isn't looking to be a part of your home; she's looking to be your family. The kind of family that understands her favorite place is right beside you, preferably touching you, and that her endless supply of love deserves to be returned tenfold.

This gentle soul came into rescue carrying more than her fair share of challenges, including a double prolapse that required immediate care. While she still has a little healing left to do, she is making wonderful progress, and we anticipate she will be completely healed in just a few short weeks.

Through it all, Josee has remained incredibly sweet, loving, and trusting. She is currently working hard on her potty training, is crate trained, and continues to show us every day just how resilient she is. That said, if given the choice between her crate and curling up next to her favorite human, she'll choose her human every single time.

Josee has also proven herself to be quite the social butterfly. So far, she has done wonderfully with other dogs and has shown absolutely no issues with any humans she has met-including the tiny humans. Her gentle nature and loving personality seem to extend to everyone lucky enough to cross her path.

Josee has a quiet way of finding her way into your heart. Maybe it's the way she looks at you with complete devotion. Maybe it's her gentle spirit. Or maybe it's because she reminds us that healing is often found in love.

***Adoption Process***
-All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention.
-Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area.
-We DO NOT ship dogs!!!
