Meet Poppy Tart, a 3-year-old French Bulldog weighing 23 pounds of pure sweetness. This adorable little girl is settling into foster care beautifully and has already captured the hearts of everyone she's met.

Poppy Tart absolutely loves people and is happiest when she's by your side. Whether you're working from home, watching TV, or simply relaxing, she's content to quietly keep you company and soak up your attention. She is also incredibly food motivated, and mealtime is, without question, the highlight of her day.

As she's getting to know her foster home, Poppy has shown little interest in playing with the resident dog. While she has given an occasional growl during brief introductions, she hasn't shown any signs of aggression and is continuing to adjust at her own pace.

Poppy Tart is still new to rescue, so we're excited to watch her personality continue to blossom as she settles in. So far, she's proving to be as sweet as they come-and, as her foster family says, "poppily perfect" in every way.
