MEET RUSTY
Dadeville, Alabama
This sweet little boy has already had a VERY scary start to life.
Rusty was hit by a car near Junction 28 on Hwy 50 between Dadeville and LaFayette, AL. Thankfully, his finder didn't leave him behind. They rushed him to Animal Care Center to be evaluated.
Rusty is only 8 weeks old and 15 lbs.
We were so relieved to get the results of his X-rays - NO BROKEN BONES!
He's a little bruised and sore, but thankfully, it looks like this precious boy is going to be okay!
And let us tell you... Rusty is an absolute sweetheart! He gives the BEST puppy-dog eyes and has completely stolen the hearts of everyone at Animal Care Center. He loves the entire staff and is just soaking up all the attention.
Now Rusty needs something very important...
A FOSTER OR ADOPTER!
He will need a safe place to land once his 7-day stray hold is complete. We would love to have a foster lined up for him so he doesn't have to spend any more time in a kennel than necessary.
