Meet Sarge, a little guy with a big heart--and while he'll grow bigger, so will his heart! He's always ready to play, have fun, and make everyone around him smile.
Found as a stray with some skin issues, Sarge was shy and scared when he first arrived. With plenty of love and care, he's now fully healed, looking more handsome than ever, and his happy personality is shining through.
Sarge is very eager to learn. He is housetrained with a doggie door and has had no accidents in his crate...a good beginning!!
He's still learning to walk on a leash, but he's improving every day.
As his confidence has grown, so has his playful, affectionate spirit.
Sarge is ready to find a family that will continue to help him grow into the amazing dog he's meant to be.
If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion, Sarge can't wait to meet you!

Please Think Carefully Before Adopting a Puppy
Puppies are adorable--but they are also a lot of work! Before applying, please consider whether you're ready for the commitment.
Puppies should not be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time while they are young.
Your home will need to be puppy-proofed.
Puppies chew, scratch, nip, and have accidents while learning.
If you have young children, consider whether they are prepared for normal puppy behavior.
Consistent training, socialization, exercise, and patience are essential.
Most importantly, make sure you have the time and commitment a puppy deserves.
