GINGER - Dachshund and Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption
GINGER
Dachshund, Labrador Retriever
June 26th
female, medium, baby
DESCRIPTION
Meet GINGER!
She is estimated to be about 4 months old as of late June 2026. She is 15 lbs as of June 24th. She is one of the smaller pups in her litter and our best guess on full grown weight is low 30s (lbs).
We think she is a dachshund/poodle/schnauzer mix based upon looks! Her other siblings came out scruffier while her coat is more hairlike. While we cannot guarantee that she is hypoallergenic, her hair type is not the super shedding type.
Ginger is such a great dog! She is great with all dogs! She is being fostered with her other siblings as well as many of the foster moms dogs! She is very well socialized!
She has been great with every person she has met as well and has been explained to children without any issue. She is a happy go lucky puppy who loves to cuddle!
She would be great with cats and now is the perfect age for introductions!
**PLEASE NOTE: Ginger is currently in Puerto Rico and will fly to his forever home once adopted! Please note that we can easily ship in cabin with a person to many airports along the East Coast including JFK, EWR, BOS, PHL, BWI, BDL, DCA, IAD, TPA and many more! The process is incredibly easy to get your dog over from Puerto Rico and we have done it thousands of times!***
Please feel free to email us with any questions about him! See below for application info.

We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority.
Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment are the most important things in caring for a dog.
In addition, we cannot guarantee breed of any dog, exact age or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house-trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopter's home and schedule. Thank you for understanding.
