When you hear the word Goggles do you think boatloads of summer fun? If so, Goggles here is the whole package! A super fun name for a super fun boy who is just packed with excitement! We bet you'll be intrigued to know that a puppy dog named aver swimming glasses sure does love the water! Googles is as awesome as can be and is ready for his next adventure! He has been neutered, vetted, microchipped, and has received a clean bill of health from our vet. He is now in search of a permanent address to call his very own. Here is what we know about GOGGLES:
- Goggles is about 2 years old, and weighs @ 21lbs. He is full grown and in perfect shape so this is his ideal weight.
- We believe Goggles is a doxie x border collie mix - he has the traits and physical characteristics of both breeds. He is smart as a whip and loves water like a border collie, and has a similar stature of a doxie but is more solid and athletic. He has a lot of energy but is a gentle guy who loves to snuggle too.
- We don't know too much about Goggles early start to life as came into rescue after being dumped in a local neighborhood, but he is doing very well in foster care and is really an adventurous guy. Foster mom reports that he loves her large dogs and is a tough little dog who enjoys lots of rambunctious playtime.
- Goggles is a plug and play doggo who is already housebroken and walks well on a leash. He is high energy, so would do best with a family who would make him a true companion and let him participate in all aspects of their lives. He loves to play fetch and would really enjoy a fenced in yard of his own to run around in.
- Goggles is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has received a clean bill of health.
- Foster mom reports that Goggles loves to snuggle and sleep under the covers with them, and is also an excellent guard dog who loves to hike and is always aware of his surroundings. He absolutely loves swimming, and will never turn down a good game of fetch or tag you're it!
- Goggles currently lives happily in his foster home with other dogs and gets along so well with them. We would really love him to go to a home that will have a built in doggy playmate for him as he loves the canine companionship at foster moms.
- There are also cats in Goggles foster home, and he co-habits well with them. Any dog savvy cats who wouldn't be scared of his playful antics should be fine!
- Goggles loves kids, and would make a great family dog for kids 4+. He would love to grow up with a family of his own. He is fun and playful, but any young children would need to know how to respect doggy boundaries too.
- We would love Goggles to go to an experienced breed or similar breed home, especially due to his energy levels. Goggles will want to be your new best friend, so having lots of time to spend with him is a must!
What we love about Goggles: He's such a fun guy, and can't wait to show you his ball collection!
