Diamond (S26-148) - Coton De Tulear Dog for Adoption in Peyton, Colorado

**Meet Diamond!**

Diamond is a 2-year-old Coton de Tulear weighing 14 pounds. This sweet girl has done well during her dog tests and gets along well with other dogs. She may do best in a home with another friendly, dog-social companion who can help show her the ropes and encourage her to feel more comfortable with her new family.

If you have a resident dog and are interested in adopting Diamond, our team can help facilitate an introduction during the adoption process to help ensure they are a good fit for one another.

Diamond is still learning to walk on leash, so she requires a securely fenced yard where she can safely enjoy outdoor time while continuing to build her leash skills. Her future family should be patient and encouraging as she learns.

Diamond is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, build trust, and continue gaining confidence with the support of her people and, ideally, a canine companion. With time, patience, and positive experiences, Diamond has the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion.

A required in-person meet and greet at our shelter is part of the adoption process to help ensure a good fit for Diamond, any resident dogs, and her potential adopters.
