Freya is a sweet and gentle 5-year-old little lady who looks remarkably like a German Shepherd in a Corgi body! Her adorable little tail stub has a way of fluttering with happiness whenever she meets someone new.

The kids say she's a lot like Olaf from Frozen - friendly, affectionate, a little quirky, and absolutely convinced that everyone she meets is going to be her new best friend.

Freya loves people and is happiest when she's close to her humans, whether she's getting belly rubs, giving kisses, or settling in for a cozy nap. She's housebroken, spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and has mastered the very important art of relaxing.

Freya recently had teeth extracted and now has only 9 teeth remaining but is doing well eating slightly softened food. She is currently working on losing a little weight while gradually increasing her exercise. She enjoys leisurely walks and is definitely more of a "stop and smell the roses" kind of girl than a marathon runner. Her ideal family will continue helping her build healthy habits while understanding that sometimes the best part of a walk is coming home for a nice nap afterward.

Freya is good with children and other dogs.
She is currently being fostered in Havertown, PA, so potential adopters and canines siblings must be willing to travel to meet her.
