DESCRIPTION
Paulie is a gentle, precious five-month-old boy who came to rescue with his five siblings. He has short little legs, a big belly, and the sweetest eyes that are hard to resist. Based on his appearance and that of his siblings, our best breed guess is Corgi/Australian Shepherd.
Paulie is a timid boy at first and will need some adjustment time when he goes to his new home. He has been working hard on building his confidence in his foster home and is making small steps forward every day. He’s the kind of boy who just needs a little time to realize he’s safe before he can truly let his personality shine.
One thing Paulie already knows he loves is belly rubs. In fact, when you stop, he’ll stretch those little legs right back out and wait patiently for you to start again. It’s pretty adorable. He’s a sweet, gentle boy who is learning that people can be trusted and that being loved is a pretty wonderful thing.
Paulie is fostered with other dogs and cats and does well with his furry friends. He’s also doing well in his crate and is working on potty training and learning what exactly this whole leash thing is about.
Paulie is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines. He’s looking for a patient family who will give him the time and encouragement he needs to come out of his shell and discover just how special he really is.
