Dylan - Corgi Dog for Adoption in Alafaya, Florida

Meet Dylan! Dylan is a 3 month old male corgi and he weighs about 10 pounds but he is still growing and will likely reach a normal corgi weight of 25-35 pounds. Dylan arrived in rescue as part of an accidental litter and has been thriving in a loving foster home. Dylan is a typical, high energy, working breed dog and will need a family that is willing to keep up with him. Contrary to what you may see on social media, corgis are not couch potatoes and they can also be very vocal. He is still learning about house training, leash training, what to chew and not chew and his socialization. His foster mom says: Say hello to Dylan, a sweet Corgi puppy who is basically a tiny tornado wrapped in fur! He is FULL of energy and always ready for his next adventure. Dylan loves to play, explore, and spend time with his people, and underneath all that puppy craziness is a very loving little boy. Dylan’s future family needs to be ready for the full puppy experience! That means leash training, house training, crate training, learning manners, redirecting those puppy teeth, providing plenty of exercise and enrichment, and helping him grow into the wonderful adult dog he’s meant to be. He isn’t looking for a family who expects him to be perfect right away—he’s looking for a family willing to teach him, be patient with him, and enjoy the journey. In return, Dylan promises plenty of cuddles, laughs, adventures, and probably a little bit (ok, a lot) of mischief along the way.

Dylan is neutered, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped.
