Pico - Corgi and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Abbotsford, British Columbia

Meet Pico!

Pico is a sweet, playful 3-year-old, 37-pound Corgi mix with a goofy side that's impossible not to love. He's curious, affectionate, and happiest with a ball nearby, grass beneath his paws, and people to share his day with. Whether he's sniffing his way through a walk, playing ball, rolling around in the grass, or finding a cozy spot to relax, Pico knows how to enjoy the little things.

He's potty trained and crate trained and will even head into his crate on his own when he's ready for a nap. He walks well on leash, knows "sit," and is very treat motivated, so winning him over-and teaching him new things-is pretty easy with a few snacks in hand.

Pico can be a little cautious when meeting someone new, but patience, kindness, and a few treats go a long way. Give him a little time to feel comfortable, and his sweet, silly personality starts to shine.

His comfort level with other dogs is still being assessed, so slow, thoughtful introductions are best. He's shown a little too much interest in cats, so a cat-free home would likely be the best fit.

Pico is looking for someone who will give him the time and consistency to settle in and truly become part of the family. He has so much personality and love to give-and we have a feeling his forever person is going to fall pretty hard for that big Pico smile.

Pico is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines.
