Princeton *Arriving 9/26* D12451 - Cockapoo Dog for Adoption

Hi, I'm Princeton!

I absolutely love people and am friendly with everyone I meet. Kids? Great! Cuddles, pets, playtime, and attention? Yes, please! My favorite part of the day is anything that involves my people, especially walks, playing, and getting lots of love. I'm completely house trained, walk great on a leash, and already know some basic commands.

I do need some patience when it comes to other dogs. I wasn't socialized much, so when I see another dog, I can put on my best little tough-guy act by barking. I'm working on this with my foster family though. I need very slow introductions with other dogs and like to have my space at first. Once I'm comfortable, I can completely change my tune and become best friends! I haven't been exposed to cats, so we don't know how I feel about them.

I absolutely LOVE toys and will happily entertain myself by throwing them around and rolling on top of them.

I'm a sweet boy who just wants to be loved and included. I have so much potential, and with the right family willing to give me some patience and guidance, I promise I'll make you incredibly happy!

Princeton is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 9/26/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
