Zach *Arriving 11/6* D12947 - Chihuahua and Jack Russell Terrier Dog for Adoption

If you love a little dog with a lot of personality, a serious appreciation for snacks, and a soft spot for snuggles, Zach might just be your guy! This adorable, slightly chunky boy has his priorities straight: good food, a cozy place to relax, and affection from his favorite humans. Honestly, can you blame him?
Once he trusts you, he's happy to be picked up and showered with love. He may be a little shy at first, though, and can be hand-shy, especially when someone tries to catch him. He'll do best with a patient person who lets him settle in at his own pace and helps him learn that hands mean good things.
Zach currently lives with six other Chihuahuas and generally gets along well with his canine housemates. He enjoys playing with other dogs, although he can occasionally get a little bossy with the younger boys. After all, somebody has to make sure everyone knows who's in charge! A home with compatible dogs could be a great fit, with thoughtful introductions and supervision to help everyone get along. He's also currently living in a home with a child and doing well!
Zach's favorite activities probably involve his two greatest loves: mealtime and snuggle time! This little guy takes his food seriously and is always happy when something tasty is on the menu.
Could you be the person Zach curls up with at the end of the day? If you have room in your heart (and on your couch!) for a chunky little cuddle buddy with a touch of Chihuahua sass, Zach might be your perfect match.
