Meet Milo
Milo is an adorable 11 lb shadow pup who loves being close to his person. Whether he’s relaxing by your side or following you from room to room, he’s happiest just being near you.
He can be a bit shy when meeting new people, so he does best when allowed to approach on his own terms. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet and loving personality really shines.
Milo gets excited for walks and enjoys playing with other dogs, especially those who are gentle and respectful. If a dog comes on too strong, he’ll let them know with a little growl—he’s just advocating for his space.
On walks, he may get a bit over-hyped or nervous when spotting dogs from a distance, but he’s easily redirected and responds great to treats.
He loves a good game of fetch and is always up for chasing a ball. Milo is also very food-motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding.
At home, he’s an absolute dream—he sleeps wonderfully in his crate and is fully potty trained.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
