Blue Ridge, a cream and mahogany chi mix with the face of a bear cub, is a veritable swag bag of doggie goodness. He's a spry oldster with puppy energy, a curly tail, and a second career as a private investigator, which, in his case, means he subjects all objects, animate and inanimate, to a full sweep of sniffies. It's a volunteer gig that gives him a sense of purpose and the rest of us an opportunity to become his latest best friend. Blue likes other dogs, climbs stairs, enjoys a walk (many sniff ops) and never stops smiling. It's a such pleasure to meet him. Imagine taking him home!
