You might think it's hard to stand out when you're white, but Fern has added an eye-catching pop of color with her lovely pink harness. Sometimes it's the more ordinary blooms that turn out to be the most special, and that is very true for Fern! She sparkles with affection and gentleness, hoping you'll choose her for your home garden, and she promises that she has lots of love to give in her golden years. Fern is the ultimate low-maintenance houseguest who is ready to find her forever retirement or work-from-home buddy. If you're looking for a loyal, quiet companion, Fern is your girl!

Fern's Perfect Day: Fern's absolute favorite thing is rolling around in the grass to her heart's content. She loves her daily yard time so much that she even mastered the stairs just to bypass the elevator service. A home with a little patch of grass for her to wiggle in would be a dream come true.

The Model Houseguest:

Perfect Manners: Fully potty-trained with zero accidents in the house.

World-Class Sleeper: Sleeps soundly through the night in her own bed. In fact, she does not like waking up early on "school mornings" and highly prefers lazy, cozy mornings.

Loyal Companion: She will happily follow her favorite people around like a sweet little white shadow, occasionally stopping by for a surprise "drive-by kiss."

Her Ideal Home: Fern takes a little time to adjust to new people and can get overwhelmed by a lot of commotion. Because loud noises and unexpected movements scare her, a home without young children would be best. She currently lives happily with kids aged 11 and 14 who understand how to respect her "bubble" and give her space when she needs it. Note: Fern does not like surprise pets; she does best when she sees hands coming her way.

Fern is currently practicing her leash and harness skills and is looking for a patient family to help her continue to blossom!
