Meet Cardi Chi — a teeny, 10-week-old chihuahua mix (about 3 lbs) with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. This sweet little lady is friendly, easygoing, and happiest when she's right by her people soaking up affection. If you're looking for a tiny shadow who doubles as a snuggle buddy, Cardi is ready to apply for the position.
Cardi has a perfect puppy balance: playful and curious, but also perfectly content to conk out for a nap after a good romp. She loves fresh air, sunshine, and exploring the yard, and she's super social—she enjoys hanging out with other dogs just as much as she enjoys being doted on by humans. One of her best qualities is how gentle and lovable she is; she's the kind of puppy who melts into you when you pick her up.
Her daily routine is classic baby-pup life: potty breaks, meals, playtime, and naps in between. She's currently learning potty training and is doing great for her age—she goes outside regularly (especially after waking, eating, and playing) and also uses a potty pad consistently in her gated area, including overnight. She's catching on quickly and will sometimes let you know she needs to go out.
At home, Cardi has her own cozy setup with an open crate in a gated area where she can relax and sleep. She's comfortable with her crate and will go in on her own when she's ready to rest. She's also generally a quiet pup—she may give a little "excuse me!" cry or occasional bark when she needs something (like a potty break), but she's not a frequent barker...yet.
Cardi does wonderfully with other dogs and would love a home with a friendly canine companion to play with. She's been great with new people and warms up quickly—she's the type to greet visitors like they're already friends. She hasn't been tested with cats yet, and while she hasn't lived with kids, her playful, resilient personality suggests she could do well—just note she's in the teething stage, so shell need the normal puppy supervision and guidance.
Health-wise, Cardi is doing great: she's vaccinated, microchipped, and has started heartworm prevention. She isn't spayed yet as she is still a baby. One important note for her future family: she does have an overbite, so adopters should be prepared to monitor her dental development and provide any extra dental care she may need as she grows.
Cardi's ideal forever home is with someone excited for the joys (and silly chaos) of raising a puppy—someone patient and consistent with potty training and basic manners, and ready to provide lots of love, toys, and tiny adventures. If you want a pint-sized best friend who is equal parts cuddle bug and playmate, Cardi Chi is ready to steal your heart.
