Emilie Ann - Chihuahua and Dachshund Dog for Adoption in Milton, Georgia

Emilie Ann is an adorable young Chihuahua mix with long, graceful legs and a playful spirit. At just 17 pounds and an estimated 8–12 months old, she is nearly full grown. When she runs, she looks like a little fawn! Her short black coat, adorable gray socks on her front paws, and constantly wagging tail make her absolutely irresistible.

Emilie Ann LOVES other dogs, especially those her own size! She has a sweet, gentle way of approaching them and inviting them to play. She would be happiest in a home with another small, friendly dog who could become her playmate and companion.

When Emilie Ann first arrived at her foster home, she was very shy and unsure of her surroundings. With time, patience, and love, she has blossomed into a much more confident little girl. Now, she happily follows her foster mom around the house, wagging her tail, and even asks for pets. When she's feeling comfortable, she'll flop onto the floor, roll over, and invite you to give her belly rubs! She also loves picking up her toys and carrying them around the house.

Emilie Ann is already doing well with her crate. She sleeps quietly in it at night and is comfortable staying there when her foster mom leaves the house.

This sweet girl is looking for a loving home where she can continue to build her confidence and blossom. A home with another small, friendly dog would be ideal. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, you'll have a devoted, affectionate companion with a tail that never stops wagging!
