This happy, spunky little guy joined our rescue after local Good Samaritans saw him being abandoned in a Marshalls parking lot in Northeast Houston (which is exactly how he got his name! ). Of course, we immediately stepped in to get this poor puppy safe. Marshall is currently thriving in a wonderful foster home. He shares his space with several dogs of all sizes and multiple indoor and outdoor cats—and he absolutely loves every single one of them! Marshall is now ready to find his forever family and live his absolute best life. Could it be with you?

A Miniature Pinscher and Chihuahua mix—commonly called a Chipin—has a bold, energetic, and fiercely loyal temperament packed into a tiny body.

Bold and Fearless: Chipins often act like big dogs. They do not realize how small they are and approach the world with great confidence.

Loyal and Affectionate: They form strong bonds with their human family. They love to cuddle on laps and stay close to their favorite people as a constant shadow. They tend to be highly devoted to their owners and love to cuddle or burrow under blankets.

Alert Watchdogs: They notice everything around them. They will bark to alert you to strangers or unusual noises. They are feisty and protective, making them great little watchdogs despite their tiny size.
