Pixie Dust is a sweet Chihuahua mix with a BIG personality packed into her little body!

Pixie is dog-friendly and loves having a furry friend to play with. She has plenty of that fun puppy energy, so she’ll do best with a family who is ready for playtime, walks, and helping her continue to learn and grow.

She is currently working on her house training and will need a patient family who understands that puppies are still learning. With consistency, positive reinforcement, and a good routine, Pixie Dust is sure to continue making great progress.

*We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.

*Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.

*Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.

*Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

*All of our adopters are invited to join our “Alum Pupdates” Facebook group, to share their story and their adorable pup with fellow Sunnyside Street Dogs adopters!
