For most puppies, the first six months of life are filled with toys, naps, and learning that the world is a safe place.

That wasn't Luigis story.

Before he was rescued, Luigi was fighting to survive. He was placed on the euthanasia list simply because there wasnt enough space. At an age when he should have been discovering how to chase balls and make friends, he was learning how to stay alive.

Today, Luigi is safe in a foster home with other dogs and is loving life. He sees his foster siblings coming and going and wonders when is it his turn. Luigi is a good hearted boy. He loves to play and cuddle. He greets you with such sweetness and you know his heart is full of love.

Luigi wants to be where his people are. His foster siblings will be barking at a new comer and he just observes, He is was recently at a doggy daycare for a few hours while his foster mom was away and he loved it. He had good dog manners and even met new people that were there and instantly loved them (even the toddlers that were there visiting).
