Harley Jane - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption

Im Harley Jayne... I came from an overcrowded high kill shelter in Texas.
Almost Home saved my life. You see I wasn't considered adoptable because I'm so shy. I'm really sweet and I don't have any aggression. I would never bite you.

I'm at my Foster's home right now and my foster mom is really nice. She said she's falling in love with me. I don't know why I just stand there and look at her. That's because I'm so shy and scared each day im coming around more and more.

I'm only one and a half years old and I've already had two litters of babies. I'm kind of a baby myself. I love moms home cooked meals. You see I'm really skinny and I don't have a big appetite, but when mama cooks, I like to eat her food.

I'm a girl even though I have a boy's name, but I have a girl's middle name and thats Jayne.

Here are some things about me that my Foster Mommy is finding out:

🌸 I weigh about 17 pounds
🌸 I'm learning Potty skills real quickly
🌸 Foster mama thinks I already knew them, but I kind of have been reminded being in a new home and all that.
🌸 im only one and a half years old.
🌸 I'm not crazy about dog food because mom spoils me with her home cooking but she does add kibbles in there too.
🌸 I'm really shy, but I'm coming around every day more and more and mama is so proud of me.
🌸 I have three foster sibling doggies and one foster sibling kitty cat. I get along with them real well except I really don't like to share my dog bed with anyone. I like it all myself you see thats kinda like my comfort zone.
🌸 I like to sleep in bed with mama and my siblings it get a little crowded, but it's really nice and cozy.
🌸 even though I get along with my siblings, I would do well as the only dog you see I've never had any love and affection from humans. I'm learning what it feels like and I like it to myself.
🌸My foster mama is trying to teach me how to play with toys. They scare me a little when they squeak.
But then I start to play with it and then I stop because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with a toy. Momma laughs real hard when I take the toy and throw it up in the air. And I run away.
🌸 well I'm learning how to be a dog and it's beginning to be fun. I didn't like it so much in the past I wasn't really treated nicely but Foster mama is making up for it.
🌸 I'm up for adoption now so if you're interested, please fill out an application for me. I like it here but mama says I have to find a new home because she has to foster other doggies too. It makes her sad because she really loves me and I love her.
🌸i love my new sweater. Mama says that i look beautiful in it. It's real cozy and it kind of makes me feel safe because it hugs me like a thunder coat.
