Rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas after being found as a stray, he made his way to Michigan through Almost Home and is now searching for the loving forever family he deserves.
This sweet boy is the definition of a companion dog. If you sit down, don't be surprised when he immediately climbs into your lap for cuddles! He absolutely adores people of all ages, especially kids, and thrives on affection and attention. Friendly, social, and always happy to meet new friends, he's the kind of dog who quickly becomes everyone's favorite.
He's also a fantastic little adventure buddy. He walks wonderfully on a leash and LOVES car rides -- whether it's a quick trip for coffee or a weekend adventure, he's ready to ride shotgun. At home, he enjoys playing with his stuffed animal toys.
This smart little guy already knows "sit," "down," and "paw," and he takes treats very gently. The good news is he is doing great with potty training!
More than anything, this lovable pug is looking for a patient, caring family who will continue helping him succeed while giving him the love and stability he's been missing. After everything he's been through, he's more than ready for a soft bed, warm lap, and forever home to call his own.
