Skipper - Chihuahua and Dachshund Dog for Adoption in Atascadero, California

Skipper is one of three little pups (along with Calypso and Anchor) who came to us from Avenal Animal Services. Rescuing them wasn't part of the plan, but when their foster dropped them off at the shelter, we couldn't leave them there. Shelters are full of illnesses that are often fatal to young puppies, so we brought all three home.

Skipper is a sweet, well-mannered little guy with a great temperament. He's small, cute, and easy to love, and he's settling in beautifully.

Skipper would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a small dog with a big heart.

Our adoption fee is $300. All dogs go home fully vaccinated, and if they have not yet been neutered at the time of adoption, our rescue covers the cost of their neuter.
