Anchor - Chihuahua and Dachshund Dog for Adoption in Atascadero, California

Anchor is one of three little pups (along with Skipper and Calypso) who came to us from Avenal Animal Services. Rescuing them wasn't part of the plan, but when their foster dropped them off at the shelter, we couldn't leave them there. Shelters are full of illnesses that are often fatal to young puppies, so we brought all three home.

Anchor is a little charmer with a calm, well-mannered nature and a great temperament. He's small, adorable, and ready to settle into a loving home.

Anchor would be a perfect fit for a family looking for a sweet, steady small-breed pup.
