DESCRIPTION
Chimi (short for Chimichanga) is a 26 lb. cattle dog mix looking for his new fur-ever family! Chimi is about 6 months old, so he still has some growing to do, but he's already proving to be a very smart little guy! He learns new things very quickly and even understands commands in both English and Spanish. He's also so sweet and social with everyone he meets and gets along great with his foster siblings (both dogs and cats). Some of his favorite things in the world are treats and tennis balls, but he also loves to snuggle and be loved. An ideal home for Chimi would nurture his curiosity and love of adventure while still giving him structure and plenty of head pats.
Chimi will be fully vaccinated, microchipped & neutered. His adoption fee is $300.
CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
If you are interested in meeting Chimi or learning more about our adoption process, please submit an adoption application. Thank you!
